SterPath LLC is an independent biopharma advisory practice supporting advanced therapeutics, vaccines, and delivery-enabled products as they move from scientific concept toward development readiness.

The practice brings senior R&D perspective to early technical decisions, helping teams evaluate development risks, clarify next steps, and connect promising science with practical drug product, formulation, delivery, and early CMC considerations.

Led by Andrzej S. Pitek, PhD, PMP

Andrzej S. Pitek is a biopharma R&D leader with experience across drug product formulation, process development, delivery platform evaluation, preclinical support, and early-stage CMC strategy.

His work has focused on advanced delivery systems and complex modalities, including mRNA/LNP technologies, proteins, virus-based particles, biologics, vaccines, and nanoparticle-based systems.

Before founding SterPath, Andrzej held scientific and leadership roles in vaccine R&D, where he led formulation-focused teams, supported discovery and early development programs, guided LNP composition optimization, and contributed to external technology evaluations and cross-functional development decisions.
